Loved the location. Very convenient and right next to Manar Mall. Staff was amazing. Special mention for Priyanka from the reception for allotting an EXCELLENT room to me with the most amazing view. Amber and the other reception staff have also been immenselt helpful. The rooms are clean and the hotel has everything one needs for a good business stay. Cleaning staff was also very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is either newly built or not very old. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

A good experience to stay a 3 star hotel , I rate 5 star from my side . The rooms and the staff are Ready to help any time . If you need any items in the room they can provide in an minutes . The Receptionist Ms Amber thanks for fast check in and for assistance to reach our around places . Payal she work in Claypot . She Always ready to assist you and thanks Payal for your quick response always, I am thank full to Room Cleaning Boy Ravi and Sawin . They know very well there duties and responsibility . They clean Room very well . That was my First visit in Ras Al Khaima UAE . City Max . I recommend that hotel and hope we stay next time . One of the best hotels is RAK. I always stop there when I'm traveling to Rak for work. Good value for money. Love the staff - always friendly and helpful and they always give me a late check out if they can. I like that the hotel is quite lively and vibrant, Modern and up-to-date enough for its price rage. Doesn't have this "stale" feeling about it

A good business hotel in the centre of RAK. The hotel is conveniently located near malls. It has a good variety of restaurants on premises though I didn't visit of them so I can't comment on the quality and taste of the food. Mr. Sameh at the reception was extremely helpful and ensured we have a smooth and swift check in. The rooms and spacious, clean, well equipped. The view is also good. I was very pleased to receive a NPS survey at the end of my stay. This just shows how seriously Citymax takes the experience of their customers. Well done. I will definitely stay here again if I visit RAK on business

The hotel was rated 3-star. But I would rate it as 4-star or above. Great hotel, cleanliness and comfort at its best. Value for money. Located in the heart of the city. Very peaceful and quiet. City view from the rooms was fantastic. It was simply awesome!

The quiet ambiance allowed me to unwind and truly relax during my stay. Moreover, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional value for money that this hotel offers. Despite its affordable rates, Citymax Hotel doesn't compromise on quality. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

The proximity of the location to various dining establishments and retail outlets was a crucial consideration in our decision-making process, especially given the needs of our young children. My eldest son thoroughly enjoyed his time at the swimming pool during our stay, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the attentiveness and professionalism demonstrated by the lifeguard. Overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfactory.

My stay at Citymax was a pleasant experience. Manager Saleh and his team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was consistently clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection. While having a car is helpful to get around the area, the hotel does offer a shuttle bus to the beach, which I didn’t personally use. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.
